Construction Management Services for Glycerolysis Tarjun
PT Tracon Industri Solusindo was entrusted by PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (SMART Tbk) to execute the Construction Management Services for the Glycerolysis Tarjun Project, a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing process efficiency, production capacity, and the overall reliability of the Glycerolysis facility at the Tarjun Unit. Through this project, Tracon serves as a professional partner to ensure that all construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with the required technical standards.
The scope of work includes:

Construction Planning and Project Control
Developing work plans, construction schedules, role allocation, and execution strategies to ensure the project progresses effectively with minimal delays. -
On-Site Construction Supervision
Supervising civil, mechanical, electrical, and process installation works to ensure all construction activities follow engineering drawings, material specifications, and proper work methods. -
Coordination with Contractors and Vendors
Acting as a liaison between SMART Tbk and all involved parties, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth installation processes, timely material deliveries, and achievement of project milestones. -
Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QC/QA)
Establishing and implementing QC/QA procedures, conducting periodic inspections, reviewing materials, verifying installation quality, and ensuring all work meets the required standards. -
HSE Supervision (Health, Safety, and Environment)
Ensuring all construction activities comply with safety and environmental standards, conducting safety briefings, and supervising the implementation of safe work practices on-site. -
Construction Risk Management
Identifying potential technical or operational challenges, preparing mitigation plans, and ensuring the project runs smoothly and safely according to the approved plan. -
Project Reporting and Documentation
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on construction progress, field issues, follow-up actions, and achievement of project milestones.
Through this project, PT Tracon Industri Solusindo contributes significantly to supporting SMART Tbk in achieving optimal construction quality, improving the reliability of the Glycerolysis facility, and strengthening long-term operational performance at the Tarjun Unit.
