PT Tracon Industri Solusindo was entrusted by PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (SMART Tbk) to deliver Consultancy Services for the Design Project of the Tarjun Unit, as part of the company’s plan to enhance and optimize its operational facilities. This project focuses on developing comprehensive, efficient, and industry-standard technical designs to support capacity improvement and operational reliability at the Tarjun Unit.
The scope of work includes:

Needs Assessment and Preliminary Technical Analysis
Conducting field data collection, mapping process requirements, analyzing existing capacity, and identifying technical gaps to form the foundation of the design concept. -
Conceptual Design Development
Preparing the initial design concept covering facility layout, process flow, specifications for major equipment, and utility requirements based on safety and operational efficiency standards. -
Detailed Engineering Design (DED)
Developing complete technical designs, including engineering drawings, structural calculations, mechanical and piping design, electrical and instrumentation design, and process system integration to ensure feasibility for field implementation. -
Safety Analysis and Regulatory Compliance
Ensuring all designs comply with HSE standards, industrial regulations, and technical guidelines relevant to the agro-industry and manufacturing sectors. -
Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and Technical Specifications
Creating detailed material and equipment lists along with technical specifications to support procurement activities and construction execution. -
Technical Recommendations and Implementation Plan
Providing professional recommendations on implementation strategies, design optimization, construction cost estimation, and prioritization to ensure the project is executed efficiently and effectively.
