PT Tracon Industri Solusindo supported Balai Besar Industri Agro in delivering comprehensive Detail Engineering Design (DED) for a pilot-scale palm empty fruit bunch (EFB) fractionation technology project located in Bogor, West Java. This consultancy assignment focused on transforming technological concepts into fully developed engineering designs ready for pilot-plant construction and operation.

The scope of work included preparing detailed process engineering, equipment specifications, layout and piping arrangements, as well as mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation design packages. All engineering outputs were developed to meet industry standards and to ensure reliable performance at the pilot scale.

This project required a strong understanding of biomass processing technology, engineering system integration, and practical considerations for research-oriented pilot facilities. Through close collaboration with the client’s technical team, PT Tracon Industri Solusindo successfully produced a DED package that meets both technical feasibility and operational efficiency requirements.
